Upload false, misleading, or inaccurate menu/allergen information

Transmit malicious code or viruses

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

Reverse engineer or extract source code

Share embed codes or API keys with unauthorized parties

Spam or send unsolicited communications

Impersonate others or provide false business identity

Interfere with or disrupt the Services

Menu data must be accurate, current, and not misleading

Allergen information must be correct (critical for customer safety)

Nutritional data must comply with local regulations

Content must not infringe intellectual property rights

Uploaded content must not be offensive or harmful

Account data: name, email, password hash, role, consent records

Authentication: Google OAuth tokens, session tokens

Team data: team names, members, roles, invitations

Billing: Stripe IDs, subscription status, token usage

Restaurant data: names, locations, hours, logos, branding

Menu data: dishes, prices, ingredients, allergens, nutrition

Analytics: sessions, recommendations, feedback, performance metrics

Security: activity logs, authentication events

Provide AI recommendations and analytics

Process payments and manage subscriptions

Monitor security and prevent fraud

Communicate service updates

Comply with legal obligations

Access: Request copies of your data

Correction: Update inaccurate data in your dashboard

Deletion: Request immediate, permanent account deletion via account settings (tracked with GDPR deletion records). ⚠️ Warning: Deletion is irreversible - export your data first

Portability: Export your data in machine-readable format anytime (available before account deletion)

Objection: Object to certain processing activities

Consent withdrawal: Revoke marketing consent anytime

Active accounts: Data retained while account exists

After deletion: Immediate permanent deletion of all data including analytics

Analytics retention (Plan-Based): Starter Bite: 30 days, Main Course: 60 days, Chef's Special: 120 days - older analytics are automatically deleted

Billing records: 7 years (tax compliance, anonymized)

Security logs: 1 year (anonymized immediately upon deletion)

GDPR deletion logs: Permanent (compliance proof, hashed identifiers only)

The Platform, AI algorithms, recommendation engine, and all software are our proprietary property

Our trademarks and branding are protected

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use Services during your subscription

You own your restaurant data, menu information, logos, and custom content

You grant us a license to use your data only to provide Services

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

Upon termination, we cease using your data (except legal requirements)

Recommendations are suggestions only - not guaranteed outcomes

You must review AI recommendations before presenting to customers

We don't guarantee accuracy or commercial success of recommendations

You control which recommendations to display

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service

Planned maintenance communicated in advance when possible

Not liable for interruptions beyond reasonable control

Token usage limits based on your plan (tracked daily)

API rate limits to ensure quality for all users

Restaurant/location limits per subscription tier

Excessive usage may trigger restrictions

Analytics require sufficient data collection periods

New restaurants need time to build performance baselines

Recommendation quality improves with more customer interactions

Maintain accurate menu data, prices, and availability

Critical: Ensure allergen information is correct and current

Update nutritional information regularly

Keep restaurant hours and contact info accurate

Comply with food safety regulations

Follow consumer protection and advertising laws

Obtain necessary business licenses and permits

Handle customer data per privacy laws

Only embed codes on authorized websites

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Lost profits or business interruption

Loss of customers or reputation

Customer dissatisfaction with recommendations

AI suggestions should not be solely relied upon for business decisions

You validate recommendations before customer presentation

Customer satisfaction remains your responsibility

We don't guarantee recommendation success rates

Cancel subscription anytime through account settings or Stripe customer portal

Subscription remains active until end of current billing period

After billing period ends, premium features are disabled but account remains accessible

Your data remains stored and you can re-subscribe anytime

Charges incurred before cancellation remain due

Delete your account permanently through account settings

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible

Export your data BEFORE deletion - recovery is not possible after deletion

Outstanding subscription charges remain due even after account deletion
